1997 Harley-Davidson Softail in Soddy Daisy, Tennessee

I purchased this new on 10/11/96 from Harley Davidson in Chicago, Illinois. There was a long wait list at that time and in order to buy it I was required to buy it loaded with all available options or it would go to the next person in line so I had everything installed and added more over the years.  It has always been stored indoors and never ride in the rain. I wasn't happy with the way it ran so I put a Willie G carb on it which helped quite a bit. In October 2015 when it had just under 5,500 miles on it I elected to add more power so I purchased a new S&S 124 with the (IST) intelligent Spark Technology ignition, SN# SE00405X, which S&S rated at 138.9 HP, however I believe that with the Bassani (Road Rage) exhaust installed among other components the HP is well over 140. "Underground Customs' in Chattanooga, TN did a beautiful job with the installation and added additional items including a S&S high performance clutch, a Compu-fire heavy duty Stator & ignition system, a S&S high output single fire coil, a Golan high flow petcock, Bassani Road Rage exhaust, Sumac plug wires, a Ballistic EVX 202L lithium battery, and more. The jump from the factory 65 HP to 140+ HP is HUGE. Unfortunately when I past 70  I moved on to a new HD Trike to keep my wife riding with me so the Springer has been ridden wery little in the last 6-7 years. It also has a Harley Davidson GPS installed.This will come with the new old stock never installed 2 up rack bag # 98849-97 as well as the small luggage rack which I used with the 2 up seat removed for a "Solo" seat.
